WELL Flow and pressure tests determine component operability and delivery capability over a 60-90 minute test period.

PRE-CLOSING WALK-THROUGH Walk through the home with you the day of closing to insure requested repairs were completed satisfactorily and examine any other components that may have been hidden from view or not operating at the time of the original home inspection.
