WELL 
Flow and pressure tests determine component operability and delivery capability over a 60-90 minute test period.

WATER QUALITY 
Bacteria, chemical and physical characteristics (full potability) can be analyzed.  Other tests include radon in water, VOC (volatile organic compounds), pesticides, lead and more.

PRE-CLOSING WALK-THROUGH
Walk through the home with you the day of closing to insure requested repairs were completed satisfactorily and examine any other components that may have been hidden from view or not operating at the time of the original home inspection.

MAINTAINING YOUR HOME
Schedule a follow-up appointment to sit down with you at your home for the purpose of improving your knowledge of preventive home maintenance and maintenance and operation of installed components/equipment.
